Full disclosure: I don’t need any of the straps except the crossbody one. I love the chain one but can’t carry bags on my shoulder. They’re all great quality though. The bag itself is pillowy as expected but the inside looks (and feels) like the inside of a soft lunch bag. It’s even silver! I don’t mind it but it was a surprise. The middle compartment isn't quite in the middle, and isn't necessary, as the space behind it is small. Overall, it holds more than you think it will without becoming heavy. My only complaint is that the center closure for the flap takes effort and isn’t quite enough to hold the whole flap down. The corners pull away from the bag slightly. It’s still a four and a half star bag, but don’t expect the flap to relax and lay down completely. It won’t. EDIT: January 2023. After a few months of moderate use, some of the stitching has pulled out. Thankfully it doesn't impact the visual look of the bag, but I think it will probably continue.
