My kid is absolutely in love with this but the zipper is awful, if one zips it till the end then it gets stuck and there is no way a kid would be open the bag, it took me 2 hours to unzip. If I dont zip all the way then there is no point in putting an ice pack in which makes this lunch bag totally uselessThe zipper stuck on the first use and my daughter couldn’t her her lunch out. So disappointed!
