Ever want to just cut down to the bare minimum? But still have room to bring it all with you? Because I was able to get my entire set of clubs, including my driver, putter, and the entire factory set of Taylor Made M4's. Would I have any room left for...extras? Whew, cutting it close. You might squeeze in a lob wedge or a small fairway wood...my putter has a fairly fat handle but I still think I could squeeze one more club in.I weighed the whole enchilada on my scale, and the entire bag WITH CLUBS was right around 12 lbs (with me balancing it on the scale - it could have been a smidgen more). So, toss in a half dozen balls (you never lose more than that in 1 outing, right? Wink, wink) a glove your score card your cell phone some tees a towel and maybe even a laser rangefinder and you should still be less than 20 lbs for the works.I think my one golf bag alone weighs almost 20 lbs, lol! Ok, maybe not that heavy, but you know what I mean. It's light. Very light.I also like the leg deployment system, it works well. Set the bag down on the bottom and the legs spring outward. Pick it up and they fold back in. Here's what you DON'T do. Stick your thumb or finger where the legs and springs hinge together trying to deploy them manually. They bite. Trust me. But still, love the legs, they work super-smooth.If I had to gripe about it, it's difficult to stand upright without the legs, the "leg deployment actuator" (I don't know what else to call it) makes it sit not evenly if you have it totally upright, like standing in a corner or up against the wall. It's a small gripe, and I know it's part of the system. Just make sure if you have it standing up against a wall or something that it doesn't teeter over and fall. All in all, I really like it. I may just wind up ditching my big heavy bag with the fold out wheels and carry this around. At the very least, it makes for a minimalist setup that should fit in any trunk out there. 5 stars.
