The underneath of the bag had some dirt marks so the seller is definitely not a Coach representative however it is a lovely bag. Stitching is good, the flower design is pretty and only I know it came in a plastic bag ? I think that the product details should manage the customers expectations and state that it is not going to come in Coach bagging because you expect this to be presented nicely as a luxury product. I wouldn’t order high end designer things again from Amazon
